The invention discloses an airborne synthetic vision system based on terrain real-time rendering, which can ensure the real-time performance of a picture and realize high-precision display of terrain,and is suitable for airborne vision synthesis in comprehensive display units in various comprehensive avionics systems. The system comprises a data interface module, an airborne data module and a terrain rendering module, wherein the data interface module is used for receiving navigation indication information, speed indication information and attitude indication information from airborne equipment through the data interface unit; the airborne data module is used for storing airborne data including terrain, obstacle and airport information; and the terrain rendering module is used for determining the current position of the aircraft according to the navigation indication information, reading airborne data in a preset range by taking the current position as the center from the airborne data module, calculating to generate a 3D graph and a symbol, rendering according to the attitude indication information, and outputting and displaying a 3D picture frame generated by rendering calculation.
