The invention provides a vehicle-installed hydrogen supply system. The vehicle-installed hydrogen supply system comprises a hydrogen supply pipeline and a hydrogen cylinder, wherein the hydrogen supply pipeline comprises an input end used for receiving hydrogen and an output end used for being connected with a fuel cell, the hydrogen cylinder is arranged between the input end and the output end ofthe hydrogen supply pipeline, the front end of the hydrogen cylinder communicates with the hydrogen supply pipeline through a connecting pipeline, a control valve set is arranged on the connecting pipeline to control the conveying amount of hydrogen, the rear end of the hydrogen cylinder is connected with the external environment, a release valve communicating with the hydrogen cylinder is arranged at the front end of the hydrogen cylinder, when the pressure in the hydrogen cylinder is higher than a pressure safety value, the hydrogen in the hydrogen cylinder is discharged through the releasevalve, a fusing valve is arranged at the rear end of the hydrogen cylinder, and when the temperature in the hydrogen cylinder is higher than a temperature safety value, the fusing valve is fused to discharge the hydrogen. The hydrogen cylinder in the vehicle-installed hydrogen supply system adopts two aspects of safety protection, and the safety of the hydrogen cylinder is better, so that the safe and reliable operation of the vehicle-installed hydrogen supply system can be ensured.

    本发明提供了一种车载供氢系统,其包括供氢管路和氢气瓶。供氢管路包括用于接收氢气的输入端和用于与燃料电池连接的输出端;氢气瓶设置在供氢管路的输入端和输出端之间,氢气瓶的前端通过连接管路与供氢管路连通,连接管路设置有控制阀组以控制氢气的输送量,氢气瓶的后端连接外界环境,氢气瓶的前端处设置有与氢气瓶连通的泄放阀,在氢气瓶中的压力高于压力安全值时,氢气瓶中的氢气通过泄放阀外排,氢气瓶的后端处设置有熔断阀,在氢气瓶中的温度高于温度安全值时,熔断阀被熔断从而外排氢气。本发明提供的车载供氢系统中的氢气瓶采用两个方面的安全保护,其安全性更好,从而能够确保车载供氢系统能够安全可靠的运行。
