The invention discloses a control surface steering engine linkage structure of an unmanned aerial vehicle and a control surface driving method. The linkage structure comprises a steering engine, a control surface and a crawler belt for connecting the steering engine with the control surface, steering engine gears are mounted on the steering engines, and the steering engines and the steering enginegears are arranged in wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle; the control surface is provided with a control surface gear, the control surface is rotatably installed on a wing of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the control surface gear is located in the wing after the control surface is installed; the crawler belt sleeves the steering engine gear and the control surface gear, so that the steeringengine is linked with the control surface, and the control surface is driven to rotate relative to the wing when the steering engine rotates. All parts of the linkage structure are arranged in the wing, the control surface and the steering engine are linked through the meshing effect of the crawler belt and the gear, the driving part and the transmission part of the structure are located in the wing and are not exposed, installation is rapid, and the flight efficiency and safety are improved.

    本发明公开了一种无人飞行器的舵面舵机联动结构和舵面驱动方法。该联动结构包括:舵机、舵面和连接舵机与舵面的履带;舵机上安装有舵机齿轮,舵机和舵机齿轮设置在无人飞行器的机翼内部;舵面设置有舵面齿轮,舵面可转动地安装在无人飞行器的机翼上,舵面安装后舵面齿轮位于机翼内部;履带套设在舵机齿轮和舵面齿轮上,使舵机与舵面联动,当舵机转动时驱动舵面相对机翼转动。本申请的联动结构各部件均设置在机翼内部,通过履带与齿轮的啮合作用使舵面与舵机联动,该结构的驱动和传动部件均位于机翼内部,没有外露,安装快捷,且提高了飞行效率和安全性。
