An aircraft cabin door emergency slide rod mechanism comprises a driving rod, a slide pre-positioning shaft and a slide pre-positioning switching rod. The upper end of the driving rod is connected with an emergency handle on the aircraft cabin door, so that the driving rod moves up and down by rotating the emergency handle. Through a first transmission assembly between the slide pre-position shaftand the driving rod and a second transmission assembly between the slide pre-position switching rod and the slide pre-position shaft, the aircraft cabin door emergency slide rod mechanism can be switched between a pre-position state and a pre-position releasing state. By means of the structure, the aircraft cabin door emergency slide rod mechanism can simply and reliably achieve switching betweenthe pre-position state and the pre-position releasing state.
