The invention relates to a split air conditioner capable of being used locally and emergently in an emergency environment. The air conditioner comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the indoorunit comprises a water containing disc, a centrifugal fan, an evaporator and an expansion valve, the expansion valve is arranged below the evaporator and connected with the evaporator, the water containing disc is arranged under the evaporator, the centrifugal fan is arranged above the evaporator, and a heater with a temperature control switch is arranged on the upper top face of the evaporator ofthe indoor unit. The outdoor unit comprises a compressor, an axial flow fan, a condenser and a drying filter. The condenser is arranged at the position, close to the air outlet, in the outdoor unit shell. An axial flow fan is arranged between the condenser and the air outlet, an outlet of the compressor is connected with an inlet of the condenser, an outlet of the condenser is connected with theevaporator of the indoor unit sequentially through a drying filter, a liquid supply stop valve and an expansion valve, and the evaporator is connected with an inlet of the compressor sequentially through a fluorine stop valve and a gas-liquid separator. By optimizing fin materials and the structure of the air conditioner, the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged, and the air conditioner is suitable for various severe environments.
