The invention discloses a scraped car comprehensive utilization method which comprises the following steps: 1) pretreatment; 2) disassembling: disassembling the scraped automobile parts, and selectingparts rich in rare and precious metals; 3) realizing the mechanical and automatic treatment of the crushing and sorting process of the vehicle body; and (4) crushing, grinding and carrying out dissolution reaction on the disassembled waste automobile parts containing the rare and precious metals to be recycled. The method is high in mechanical operation efficiency and free of secondary environmental pollution, rapid crushing and physical separation of the scraped automobile body are achieved, and steel, copper, aluminum, rubber and other materials contained in the automobile body are recycled.

    本发明公开了一种报废汽车综合利用方法,包括以下步骤,1)预处理;2)拆解:将报废汽车零部件拆解,选出富含稀贵金属的零部件;3)将车身的破碎分选过程实现了机械化、自动化处理;4)将拆解的含稀贵金属的废旧汽车零部件破碎,然后研磨,溶解反应回收利用。本发明提供一种机械化作业效率高、无二次环境污染、实现报废汽车车身快速粉碎与物理分离分选,使车身中所含的钢铁、铜、铝、橡胶等材料得到回收的方法。
