The invention discloses a steel rail visual detection acquisition frame, and belongs to the technical field of detection equipment. The frame comprises a loading plate (1), side plates (2), rollers (7), a driving device, a camera frame (3) and cameras (11), the side plates (2) are arranged on the two sides of the loading plate (1), the rollers (7) are arranged at the two ends of the loading plate(1) and rotationally connected with the side plates (2), and the driving device can drive one roller (7) to rotate; a rectangular through hole (13) is formed in the upper end of the loading plate (1),the camera frame (3) is connected with the loading plate (1), and the cameras (11) are arranged above the rectangular through hole (13) and on the two sides of the carrying plate (1) respectively. When the frame is actually used, the rollers (7) can be directly placed on the upper end face of a steel rail, the driving device is started to rotate the rollers (7), so that the cameras (11) are driven to move, three side faces of the steel rail are shot simultaneously, and the problem that in the prior art, only one side face of the steel rail can be shot and multiple faces cannot be shot simultaneously is solved.

    本发明公开了一种钢轨视觉检测采集架,属于检测设备技术领域。包括载物板(1)、侧板(2)、滚轮(7)、驱动装置、相机架(3)和相机(11),侧板(2)设在载物板(1)的两侧,滚轮(7)设在载物板(1)的两端部,且与侧板(2)转动连接,驱动装置可驱动一滚轮(7)转动;载物板(1)上端设有矩形通孔(13),相机架(3)与载物板(1)连接,并将相机(11)分别设在矩形通孔(13)上方和载物板(1)的两侧。本装置实际使用时,可直接将滚轮(7)放置在钢轨上端面,启动驱动装置实现滚轮(7)转动,从而带动相机(11)运动,实现同时拍摄钢轨三个侧面,解决现有技术只能拍摄钢轨单面,无法同时拍摄多个面的问题。
