It is difficult to determine the remaining power and the degradation condition of a power storage device, and it is also difficult to predict how long a power storage device can be used. In the present invention, data obtained by partially discharging a battery and then fully charging the battery from that intermediate point is used as learning data to calculate the degradation condition and capacity. That is, the learning data includes both a discharge curve during discharging and a charging curve during charging and the learning data is learned to carry out neural network processing.

    蓄电装置难以掌握剩余量及劣化状况,并且难以预测使用寿命。通过作为学习用数据使用在放电的中途进行充电来充满电的数据,以算出劣化状态及电容。就是说,学习用数据包括放电中途的放电曲线和充电中途的充电曲线的双方,使用该学习用数据进行神经网络处理。
