The invention discloses a hydraulic brake device of a portal crane. The hydraulic brake device comprises two cross beams, two hinge columns, two brake rods, two brake pads, two jacking force plates, ahydraulic jack, a load-bearing wheel support, an axle, a load-bearing wheel and a connecting block; the two cross beams are cuboid solid steel columns; the two hinge columns are cylindrical solid steel materials and are embedded in round holes in two ends of the two cross beams; the two brake rods are cuboid solid structures, round holes are formed in the middles of the two brake rods, and the brake rods are assembled on the hinge columns by the aid of the round holes; the two brake pads are cuboid steel materials and are fixed to the lower ends of the brake rods through welding; the two jacking force plates are fixed to the upper parts of jacking force rods through welding; the hydraulic jack is hinged between the two jacking force plates; and the connecting block is a steel column having the parallelogram bottom surface and is connected between the cross beams and the load-bearing wheel support through welding. The hydraulic brake device has the advantages of simple structure and good brake effect.

    本发明公开了一种门式起重机液压刹车装置,包括:横梁、铰接柱、制动杆、刹车片、顶力板、液压顶、承重轮支架、轮轴、承重轮、连接块,所述的横梁共2根为长方体实心钢柱,所述的铰接柱共2个为圆柱体实心钢材嵌入2根横梁二端的圆形孔内,所述的制动杆共2根为长方体实心结构中间部位设有圆孔,且通过圆孔将其组装在铰接柱上,所述的刹车片共2个为长方体钢材通过焊接固定在制动杆下端,所述的顶力共2组分别通过焊接固定在顶力杆上部,所述的液压顶铰接在2组顶力板中间,所述的连接块为底面为平行四边形的钢柱通过焊接连接在横梁与承重轮支架中间,本发明具有结构简单、制动效果好的优点。
