The invention relates to an estimation method and estimation device for the remaining charging time of a battery and a vehicle. According to the method, when a battery starts to be charged, the current temperature of the battery and the first theoretical charging time of the battery are acquired; whether the temperature of the battery jumps or not within the first theoretical charging time is judged; and actual residual charging time required when the battery is charged from the current state of charge to the upper limit state of charge of the current state of charge interval is estimated according to the result of the judgment on whether the temperature of the battery jumps or not; whether the temperature of the battery jumps or not in the first theoretical charging time is judged in theestimation of the actual remaining charging time of the battery; and the actual remaining charging time of the battery is estimated according to the judgment result. Therefore, the problem of large deviation of the estimated residual charging time caused by temperature jump can be solved, and the estimation precision of the residual charging time is improved.

    本公开涉及一种电池剩余充电时间的估算方法、估算装置及车辆。在该方法中,首先,在电池开始充电时,获取该电池的当前温度以及电池的第一理论充电时间。接着,判断在第一理论充电时间内,该电池的温度是否发生跳变。最后,根据电池的温度是否发生跳变来估算电池从当前荷电状态充电至当前荷电状态区间的上限荷电状态时所需的实际剩余充电时间。由于,在估算电池的实际剩余充电时间中考虑到判断在第一理论充电时间内,电池的温度是否发生跳变,并根据判断结果估算电池的实际剩余充电时间。因此,可以解决由于温度跳变而引起估算的剩余充电时间偏差较大的问题,提高剩余充电时间的估算精度。
