The invention discloses a conversion circuit, a battery equalization system and a battery management system. The conversion circuit comprises a high-voltage isolation power supply, an awakening unit and a configuration unit; the high-voltage isolation power supply is connected with two poles of a battery pack and is used for converting high-voltage electricity output by the battery pack into low-voltage electricity and supplying power to the battery management system of the battery pack; the awakening unit is used for awakening the high-voltage isolation power supply regularly to enable the high-voltage isolation power supply to work; the configuration unit is used for sending timing information to the awakening unit when the battery management system is powered off. By adopting the technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention, the battery management system can be awakened and work under the condition of the no power supply of a lead-acid storage battery.
