An elevator renewal method comprises: a step of replacing an old control panel with a new control panel; a step of preparing a connection tool that comprises a plurality of terminal units and that connects a new old-standard connector to a secondary terminal part for each terminal unit by individually allocating the new old-standard connector pin numbers to the secondary terminal part; a step of disconnecting and separating a plurality of signal wires constituting an old cable for old equipment from an existing old-standard connector of the old cable and connecting the plurality of signal wires, to which the existing old-standard connector pin numbers have been allocated, to primary terminal parts for each terminal unit in association with each other so that the pin numbers for the primaryterminal part and the secondary terminal part of each terminal unit match; and a step of placing the old equipment in a state to be able to communicate with a new elevator control board by connectingthe new old-standard connector connected to the connection tool to a new-standard connector on the new elevator control board side of the new control panel via a relay harness.

    电梯的翻新方法构成为包括以下工序:将旧控制盘更换为新控制盘;准备如下的连接工具,该连接工具由多个端子单元构成,各端子单元的二次端子部被独立地分配了新设旧规格连接器的管脚编号并与新设旧规格连接器连接;将构成旧设备的旧线缆的多个信号线从旧线缆的既有旧规格连接器切断而使其与旧线缆的既有旧规格连接器分离,以使得各端子单元的一次端子部和二次端子部的管脚编号一致的方式,将被独立地分配了既有旧规格连接器的管脚编号的多个信号线与各端子单元的一次端子部独立地对应起来进行连接;以及将连接于连接工具的新设旧规格连接器经由中继线束与新控制盘的新电梯控制基板侧的新规格连接器连接,由此使得旧设备成为能够与新电梯控制基板进行通信的状态。
