The method comprises the steps of determining a maximum acceptable current value of charging equipment and obtaining a community powernetwork topology, a first safety current value of a loop switch in the community power network topology and a safety current value of a transformer; determining the safety current value of the loop switch directly connected with charging equipment according to the community power network topology, the first safety current value of the loop switch and the safety current value of the transformer; and determining the charging current of the charging equipment according to the safety current value of the loop switch directly connected with the charging equipment and the maximum acceptable currentvalue of the charging equipment. According to the charging regulation and control method, the sum of the charging currents of the charging equipment can be maximized, and the utilization efficiency ofenergy is improved.
