The artificial intelligent bus stop board at least comprises a spatial locator and a bus waiting person information collection device. The spatial locator is used for locating the longitude and latitude of the artificial intelligent bus stop board; and the bus waiting person information collection device is used for determining thenumber information of people waiting for buses with specific numbers under the artificial intelligent bus stop board. According to the artificial intelligent bus stop board, the number of people waiting for buses and the bus in the greatest demand can be obtained by collecting field data of the bus station; the information is combined with the position of the bus stop board to form specific bus demand information of 'the position + the number of demanders + buses in demand', and the bus demand information can be sent to a bus dispatching system for co-dispatching reference use, so that bus arrangement can be carried out flexibly and efficiently, and the bus carry efficiency is improved.
