The invention provides a method for improving the alignment precision of a blasting vibration meter sensor to a blasting center. The method is suitable for installation of the blasting vibration meter sensor. The position of the blasting center is analyzed and determined before blasting; the position of a measuring point, namely a blasting vibration meter sensor mounting point, is determined according to actual test requirements, the alignment direction of the sensor in the X direction at each measuring point is calibrated by using an unmanned aerial vehicle and an infrared emitter carried bythe unmanned aerial vehicle, and then the sensor is bonded onto a bed rock by using a binder in reference to the direction to ensure that the X direction of the sensor is aligned with the blasting center. The blasting vibration meter and the sensor are connected, and at the moment, the blasting vibration meter and the sensor automatically collect and record blasting seismic waves. Compared with the prior art, the X-direction alignment precision of the sensor to the blasting center can be remarkably improved, and then the blasting vibration test precision is improved.
本发明提供了一种提高爆破测振仪传感器对准爆心精度的方法,适用于爆破测振仪传感器的安装。爆破前分析确定爆破爆心的位置,并根据实际测试要求确定测点即爆破测振仪传感器安装点的位置,利用无人机及其携带的红外线发射器标定出各测点处传感器X方向的对准方位,然后参照该方位用粘结剂将传感器粘结在基岩上,确保传感器的X方向对准爆心。连接爆破测振仪与传感器,此时爆破测振仪及传感器将自行采集并记录爆破地震波。与现有技术相比,本发明能够显著提高传感器X方向对准爆心的精度,进而提高爆破振动测试精度。
