The invention discloses an improved motor belt pulley for an elevator door machine. The improved motor belt pulley is characterized by comprising a belt pulley body, an outer wheel plate and an innerwheel plate, wherein the outer wheel plate and the inner wheel plate are respectively and rigidly connected with the belt pulley body, the center of the belt pulley body is provided with an inner conical hole, wedged wheel teeth are evenly machined on the outer circumference face of the belt pulley body, the small end of the inner conical hole is adjacent to one end of the outer wheel plate, and abolt through hole is machined in the center of the outer wheel plate. The conical fit coaxiality is high in precision, compactness is good, clearance or interference is adjustable, torque can be transmitted by friction force, and torque transmission is more stable and reliable.

    本发明公开了电梯门机用改进型马达皮带轮,其特征在于,包括一皮带轮体、一外轮板和一内轮板,所述外轮板、内轮板分别与所述皮带轮体刚性连接,其在所述皮带轮体的中心加工有内锥孔,在所述皮带轮体的外周面均布加工有楔形轮齿;所述内锥孔的小端临近所述外轮板的一端;在所述外轮板的中心加工有一螺栓通孔。本发明圆锥配合同轴度精度高,紧密性良好,间隙或过盈可调整,可以利用摩擦力传递转矩,转矩传递更稳定可靠。
