The invention relates to a movable arm type tower crane underframe ballasting foundation and a construction method. The foundation is arranged at the upper portion of a basement and comprises a cross-shaped steel beam used for installing a tower crane underframe, and a tower crane support cushioned at the lower portion of the cross-shaped steel beam, the tower crane support comprises a reinforcedconcrete beam used for placing the cross-shaped steel beam and supporting columns used for supporting the reinforced concrete beam, the supporting columns are frame columns arranged at the crossed positions of transverse frame beams and longitudinal frame beams of the basement in a supported mode, the frame columns extend out of the ground elevation and then are fixed to the bottom of the reinforced concrete beam, and a plurality of concrete column piers used for fixing the reinforced concrete beam to a basement roof are fixed to the bottom of the reinforced concrete beam at intervals. According to the foundation and the method, a basement structure is used for fixing and supporting the tower crane support, meanwhile, a traditional concrete bearing platform is replaced with the reinforcedconcrete beam, on the premise that the bearing capacity of the tower crane foundation is not reduced, raw materials are saved, construction waste is reduced, and the cross-shaped steel beam is placedon the tower crane support, so that a tower crane is more convenient and quicker to disassemble and assemble, and the foundation is suitable for the installation of tower cranes of various models.

    本发明涉及一种动臂式塔吊底架压重式基础及施工方法,该基础设于地下室上方,包括:用以安装塔吊底架的十字钢梁;垫设于十字钢梁下方的塔吊支座,塔吊支座包括用以放置十字钢梁的钢筋砼梁和用以支撑钢筋砼梁的支撑柱;支撑柱为支设于地下室的横、纵框架梁交叉位置处的框架柱,框架柱延伸出地面标高后固定于钢筋砼梁底部;钢筋砼梁底部间隔固定有用以将钢筋砼梁固定于地下室顶板的多个混凝土柱墩。本发明利用地下室结构固定和支撑塔吊支座,同时将传统混凝土承台换成钢筋砼梁,在不降低塔吊基础承载性的前提下,节约了原材料,减少了建筑垃圾;采用将十字钢梁放置于塔吊支座上的方式,使塔吊的拆装更加方便、快速,适用于各种型号的塔吊安装。
