The invention provides an elevator steel wire rope strand breakage detection device. The elevator steel wire rope strand breakage detection device comprises a rope guide device, a surrounding plate, rotating shafts, detection plates, feedback plates, sensors, sliding seats and rollers, wherein an upper group and a lower group of detection seats which are uniformly distributed are fixedly connectedto the inner wall of the surrounding plate; one sides, away from the surrounding plate, of the rotating shafts are fixedly connected with the detection plates; the interiors of the sliding seats arerotationally connected with the rollers; the tops of bottom plates are fixedly connected with electric push rods connected with the sliding seats; and the top of the inner wall of the surrounding plate is fixedly connected with a controller. When the broken strand position of a steel wire rope main body moves, the detection plates can be touched to rotate, if the left side and the right side of the steel wire rope main body touch the detection plates, the stand breakage can be determined to occur, when only one side touches the detection plates, the electric push rods drive the rollers to approach and fix the steel wire rope main body, the next group of detection plates are also touched, the strand breakage can be determined to occur, otherwise, the strand breakage does not occur, and thedevice can detect the condition of a steel wire rope in real time.
本发明提供一种电梯钢丝绳断股检测装置,包括导绳器,围板,转轴,检测板,反馈板,传感器,滑座和滚轮,所述围板的内壁上固定连接有上下两组均匀分布的检测座,所述转轴远离围板的一侧固定连接有检测板,所述滑座的内部转动连接有滚轮,所述底板的顶部固定连接有与滑座相连接的电动推杆,所述围板内壁的顶部固定连接有控制器。钢丝绳主体的断股处移动时会碰触到检测板使之转动,如果钢丝绳主体的左右两侧都碰触到检测板,则可以确定发生了断股,当只有单侧碰触到检测板,通过电动推杆带动滚轮靠近并固定住钢丝绳主体,下一组检测板也被触碰,则可确认发生断股,反之则未产生断股,该装置可实时检测钢丝绳的情况。
