The invention discloses an aiming control device for rope projectile launching, an aiming method and a launching system. The aiming control device comprises an electronic sensor and a digital signal processor. The electronic sensor is connected with the digital signal processor. The electronic sensor is used for measuring information between a rope projectile launching platform of an unmanned aerial vehicle and a tackle allowing a rope projectile in the rope projectile launching platform to penetrate through. The digital signal processor is used for being connected with an upper computer, a steering engine of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the rope projectile launching platform, sending the information to the upper computer and adjusting parameters of the steering engine through signals fed back by the upper computer so that the rope projectile launching platform can aim at the tackle allowing a rope projectile to penetrate through. According to the technical scheme, the purpose thata guide rope directly penetrates through the tackle through the unmanned aerial vehicle is achieved through the electronic sensor.
