The invention relates to nickel-chromium storage battery safety detection equipment for a rail transit vehicle and the rail transit vehicle. The safety detection equipment comprises a control chip, and a liquid level detection unit, a temperature sensor, a voltage and current detection unit, a display unit and a remote management terminal which are respectively connected with the control chip. Theliquid level detection unit is an infrared liquid level detection unit; the control chip is connected with the liquid level detection unit and the temperature sensor through an RS485 communication port and the MCU acquisition chip in sequence; the remote management terminal is connected with the control chip through a wireless network; and the control chip obtains the real-time capacity of the nickel-chromium storage battery according to the collection results of the liquid level detection unit, the temperature sensor and the voltage and current detection unit and transmits the collection results and the real-time capacity to the display unit and the remote management terminal. Compared with the prior art, the equipment has the advantages of convenience in installation, real-time detection and the like.

    本发明涉及一种轨道交通车辆用镍铬蓄电池安全检测设备及轨道交通车辆,安全检测设备包括控制芯片以及分别与所述控制芯片连接的液位检测单元、温度传感器、电压电流检测单元、显示单元和远程管理终端,所述液位检测单元为红外液位检测单元,所述控制芯片依次通过RS485通讯口和MCU采集芯片分别连接液位检测单元和温度传感器,所述远程管理终端通过无线网络与控制芯片连接,所述控制芯片根据液位检测单元、温度传感器和电压电流检测单元的采集结果获得镍铬蓄电池的实时容量,将所述采集结果及实时容量传输至显示单元和远程管理终端。与现有技术相比,本发明具有安装方便、检测实时等优点。
