The invention belongs to the field of vehicle lamps, and discloses a projection optical system, a projection module, a projection method and a vehicle. The projection optical system comprises a digital micromirror, an illumination system and a projection lens group; the illumination system comprises a first high-power LED, a second high-power LED, a first lens, a second lens, an outer reflecting prism and a reflecting mirror; emergent light of the first high-power LED is collected and compressed by the first lens and then enters a first reflecting surface of the outer reflecting prism to forma first reflecting light beam; the emergent light of the second high-power LED is collected and compressed by the second lens and then enters a second reflecting surface of the outer reflecting prismto form a second reflecting light beam; and the first reflecting light beam and the second reflecting light beam are reflected by the reflecting mirror and then are gathered on the digital micromirror, enter the projection lens group after being reflected by the digital micromirror, and are projected and imaged by the projection lens group. In the invention, higher projection pavement illuminationand a wider pavement irradiation range can be realized; and the outer reflection prism is added, an illumination beam angle of the two LEDs is reduced, an F number of the projection lens is increased, and design difficulty of the projection lens is reduced.

    本发明属于车灯领域,公开了一种投影光学系统、投影模组、投影方法及车辆,所述投影光学系统包括数字微镜、照明系统和投影镜头组;照明系统包括第一大功率LED、第二大功率LED、第一透镜、第二透镜、外反射棱镜和反射镜;第一大功率LED的出射光经第一透镜收集并压缩后射入外反射棱镜的第一反射面后形成第一反射光束,第二大功率LED的出射光经第二透镜收集并压缩后射入外反射棱镜的第二反射面后形成第二反射光束,第一反射光束和第二反射光束均经由反射镜反射后汇聚在数字微镜上,经数字微镜反射后进入投影镜头组,由投影镜头组投射成像。本发明可实现较高的投影路面照度和较宽的路面照射范围;增加外反射棱镜,减小两颗LED照明光束角度,增大投影镜头F数,降低了投影镜头设计难度。
