The invention relates to an unmanned forklift. The unmanned forklift comprises a forklift body, a pallet fork, a gantry assembly, a lifting driving mechanism and a controller, and detecting devices are arranged on the two opposite sides of the forklift body correspondingly, so that parallel detecting planes are formed on the two sides of the forklift body correspondingly. The detecting planes approximately extend in the vertical direction. The pallet fork is used for bearing goods. The gantry assembly is connected with the forklift body, and can drive the pallet fork to horizontally move relative to the forklift body. The horizontal moving direction of the pallet fork relative to the gantry assembly is approximately perpendicular to the detecting planes. The lifting driving mechanism is arranged on the gantry assembly and used for driving the pallet fork to do lifting motion. The controller is electrically connected with the detecting devices. When the goods are horizontally moved by the pallet fork to touch the detecting planes, the detecting devices send detecting signals to the controller, the controller acquires the width of the goods according to the detecting signals sent bythe detecting devices located on the two sides of the forklift body. According to the unmanned forklift, the width of the goods can be obtained, it is avoided that the goods are too wide to be placedin a container or collides with the container, and the goods storage efficiency can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种无人叉车,包括:车体,车体的相对两侧分别设有检测装置,以在车体的两侧分别形成相互平行的检测平面,检测平面大致沿竖直方向延伸;货叉,用于承托货物;门架组件,与车体相连接,且能够带动货叉相对车体水平运动,货叉随门架组件相对车体水平运动的方向与检测平面大致垂直;升降驱动机构,设于门架组件,并用于驱使货叉升降运动;以及控制器,与检测装置电性连接,且当货叉平移货物使得货物触碰检测平面时,检测装置向控制器发出检测信号,控制器根据位于车体的两侧的检测装置所发出的检测信号获得货物的宽度。上述的无人叉车,能获取货物宽度,防止货物超宽而无法放置于货柜内或碰撞货柜,能够提高货物存放效率。
