The invention discloses an externally hung and connected non-independent suspension inverted three-wheel front double-wheel variable shape optimization system. The steering mechanism comprises a connecting assembly, a handlebar steering assembly, a handlebar steering column control rod, a handlebar steering connecting swing rod, a swing arm upper assembly, a swing arm lower assembly, a movable frame, a spring, a spring seat, an angle limiting positioning piece, a vehicle body connecting piece, a vehicle body connecting sleeve piece, a shock absorber, a wheel bell assembly and a tire. The vehicle body connecting piece is used for connecting a middle shaft fixing column in the non-independent suspension with a vehicle body connecting sleeve piece in the handlebar steering assembly, and the middle shaft fixing column is parallel to a steering shaft in the handlebar steering assembly. After each group (2) of shock absorbers is connected with a tire steering seat sleeve of the movable framethrough a shock absorber steering assembly or a rocker arm type shock absorption steering rack or an integrated shock absorption steering rack, the other end of each shock absorber clamps a wheel inthe middle to be connected, or the wheel is placed on the inner side or the outer side of the lower end of the shock absorber group to be connected. And three appearances for placing the front doublewheels (inner, middle and outer) are formed.

    本发明公开了一种外挂接驳的非独立悬架倒三轮前双轮可变外形优化系统。包括连接组件、方向把转向总成、方向把转向柱控制杆、方向转向连接摆杆、摆臂上组件、摆臂下组件及活动架、弹簧、弹簧座、限角定位片、车身连接件及车身连接套件、减震器、车轮铃总成和轮胎。车身连接件用于非独立悬架中的中轴固定柱与方向把转向总成中的车身连接套件相连,中轴固定柱与方向把转向总成中的转向轴是平行的。每组(2支)减震器通过减震器转向总成或摇臂式减震转向机架或一体式减震转向机架与活动架的轮胎转向座套管连接后,减震器的另一端把车轮夹在中间连接,或把车轮放在减震器组下端内侧或外侧连接。形成前双轮(内、中、外)放置的三种外形。
