The system comprises a vehicle-mounted ATP host, a vehicle-mounted ATP standby, a main DMI and a standby DMI, the vehicle-mountedATP host is connected with the main DMI and the standby DMI through a Flex Ray bus, and the vehicle-mounted ATP standby is connected with the main DMI and the standby DMI through the Flex Ray bus; when the vehicle-mounted ATP host is in a normal working state, the vehicle-mounted ATP host is started, the vehicle-mounted ATP host transmits train operation data to the main DMI in the available state according to a preset Flex Ray protocol database; and when the main DMI is in the unavailable state, the train operation data is transmitted to the standby DMI through the Flex Ray bus according tothe preset Flex Ray protocol database. According to the embodiment of the invention, the safety, reliability and real-time performance of communication between the vehicle-mounted ATP equipment and the DMI are ensured.
