The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic servo brake hydraulic system. The hydraulic control system comprises an oil tank, a brake prefill valve, an energy accumulator, a service brake valve, an electro-hydraulic brake valve, a shuttle valve, a first pressure switch, a second pressure switch, a wet brake bridge and a first electromagnetic reversing valve, the service brake valve and the electro-hydraulic brake valve are connected in parallel. The input ends of the two are connected with the energy accumulator; wherein the output end of the electromagnetic reversing valve is connected withtwo oil inlets of the shuttle valve, an oil outlet of the shuttle valve is connected with the first electromagnetic reversing valve and the wet brake bridge, the first electromagnetic reversing valveis further connected with the oil tank, the first pressure switch is connected between the service brake valve and the shuttle valve, and the second pressure switch is connected between the electro-hydraulic brake valve and the shuttle valve. Due to the fact that the oil way of the electro-hydraulic brake valve and the oil way of the service brake valve are connected in parallel, when the electro-hydraulic brake valve and the electronic pedal related to the electro-hydraulic brake valve cannot work normally, braking can still be conducted through the service brake valve and the brake pedal related to the service brake valve, and therefore safety and reliability of braking are improved.

    本发明公开了一种电液伺服制动液压系统,包括:油箱、制动充液阀、蓄能器、行车制动阀、电液制动阀、梭阀、第一压力开关、第二压力开关、湿式制动桥和第一电磁换向阀,行车制动阀和电液制动阀相互并联,且两者的输入端与蓄能器连接,输出端分别与梭阀的两个进油口连接,梭阀的出油口分别与第一电磁换向阀和湿式制动桥连接,第一电磁换向阀还与油箱连接,第一压力开关连接在行车制动阀和梭阀之间,第二压力开关连接在电液制动阀和梭阀之间。通过将电液制动阀的油路和行车制动阀的油路进行并联,当电液制动阀及与之相关的电子踏板不能正常工作时,仍然可以通过行车制动阀与之相关的制动踏板进行制动,因此提高了制动的安全性与可靠性。
