The invention discloses a solid oxide fuel cell stack and an unmanned aerial vehicle range extending control system and method based on the solid oxide fuel cell stack. The cell stack comprises an upper sealing plate, a lower sealing plate and a plurality of single cells, a connecting piece is arranged between every two adjacent single cells, and each single cell comprises an anode current collecting layer, a single cell layer and a cathode current collecting layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The range extending control system comprises a solid oxide fuel cell module, alithium battery module, a switch voltage stabilizing controller, a charging module, a parallel flow control module, an unmanned aerial vehicle system and an early warning module. According to the present invention, a solid oxide fuel cell and lithium battery hybrid power supply system is adopted to drive an unmanned aerial vehicle, and a solid oxide fuel cell system and a parallel flow control module are utilized to convert and finally supply power to an airborne lithium battery.
本发明公开了一种固体氧化物燃料电池堆、基于该固体氧化物燃料电池堆的无人机增程控制系统及方法;该电池堆包括上封接板、下封接板,以及若干个电池单体,在相邻两个电池单体之间设置有连接件,电池单体包括自上而下依次设置的阳极集流层、单电池层、阴极集流层;该增程控制系统包括固体氧化物燃料电池模块、锂电池模块、开关稳压控制器、充电模块、并流控制模块、无人机系统和预警模块;本发明采用固体氧化物燃料电池与锂电池混合供电系统对无人机进行驱动,利用固体氧化物燃料电池系统和并流控制模块转换并最终对机载锂电池进行供电。
