The invention discloses a tower crane locking control method and a system thereof. The method comprises the following steps of inputting serial numbers of a PLC, a hoisting frequency converter, a variable amplitude frequency converter and a rotary frequency converter into a display device for inter-binding; and sending a locking signal to a GPS controller by an Internet platform, and sending the compiled signal to the PLC by collecting, processing and compiling the signal by GPS. The PLC is executed by a preset locking logic, and the signal is sent to the hoisting frequency converter, the variable amplitude frequency converter and the rotary frequency converter by a CAN bus to achieve logic control of the three frequency converters, so that actions of corresponding mechanisms are controlled to be locked. The method can be used for controlling a tower crane effectively and precisely.
本发明公开了一种塔式起重机锁机控制方法及其系统,该方法包括以下步骤:将PLC控制器、起升变频器、变幅变频器、回转变频器的序列号输入显示装置,实现互相绑定;互联网平台把锁机信号发送给GPS控制器,GPS通过对信号的采集、处理、编译,并把编译的信号发送给PLC。PLC按预定锁机逻辑执行,通过CAN总线发送给起升变频器、变幅变频器、回转变频器,实现三大变频器的逻辑控制,从而控制相应机构的动作锁定。上述方法可以有效地对塔式起重机进行有效、精确地控制。
