The invention belongs to the technical field of elevators, in particular to a novel counterweight housing with an embedded elevator. The novel counterweight housing with the embedded elevator comprises a counterweight housing body. A balancing weight is arranged on the inner side wall of the counterweight housing body in a sliding insertion connection manner. The balancing weight on the top of thecounterweight housing body is divided into two parts, and are formed by splicing the two parts, and then the balancing weight is locked by a locking mechanism on the upper surface of the balancing weight. Guide limiting structures are arranged on the outer surfaces of the two sides of the counterweight housing body respectively. The counterweight housing body is installed on a guide rail in the elevator by the guide limiting structures to be guided and limited. According to the novel counterweight housing with the embedded elevator, because a pressure induction balancing device is arranged, real-time monitoring can be carried out on the tensile force stressed by each strand of pulling rope, all data are transmitted into an elevator control system to be compared after being monitored by apressures sensor, then the magnitude of the tensile force stressed by each strand of pulling rope can be known about clearly, it is convenient for adjustment or maintenance to be carried out in time,and the balanced running state of the whole elevator can be quickly judged.

    本发明属于电梯技术领域,尤其是一种电梯嵌入式新型对重架,包括对重架体,所述对重架的内侧壁滑动插接有配重块,位于所述对重架体顶部的配重块一分为二拼接而成,再由位于所述配重块上表面的锁紧机构对其进行锁紧;所述对重架体的两侧外表面设置有导向限位结构,所述导向限位结构将所述对重架体安装在电梯内的导轨上实现导向和限位。该电梯嵌入式新型对重架,通过设置压力感应平衡装置,能够对每股牵引绳所受的拉力进行实时监测,将每个数据经过压力传感器监测后统一传输到电梯控制系统内进行比较,从而可清楚的了解每股牵引绳所受的拉力是多少,便于及时调整或维修,从而能够快速判断整个电梯的平衡运行状态。
