The invention discloses a central drive electric drive system for an electric two-wheeled vehicle. A rotating sleeve is rotationally sleeved on a fixed shaft; a motor, a hub and a speed reducing mechanism are mounted on the rotating sleeve; the speed reducing mechanism transmits the rotation of the rotating sleeve to the hub in a speed reduction manner; a first speed reducing gear, a sliding sleeve and an elastic element are arranged on a speed reducing shaft of the speed reducing mechanism; the sliding sleeve synchronously rotates along with the speed reducing shaft and can axially slide along the speed reducing shaft; the elastic element applies a force for forcing the sliding sleeve to slide towards the direction of the first speed reducing gear; the first speed reducing gear is in running fit with the speed reducing shaft; the ends, close to each other, of the sliding sleeve and the first speed reducing gear are provided with an arc-shaped inwards-concave structure and an arc-shaped outwards-convex structure respectively; the arc-shaped inwards-concave structure and the arc-shaped outwards-convex structure interact and can drive the sliding sleeve to move in the axial directionof the speed reducing shaft; and the sliding sleeve is provided with a detection component used for detecting axial displacement. The central drive electric drive system has the advantages of being high in mechanical transmission efficiency, good in balance, good in controllability, compact in structure and capable of detecting the load of a driving system.
本发明公开了一种电动两轮车用中央驱动电驱动系统,固定轴上转动套装有转动套,转动套上安装有电机、轮毂和减速机构,减速机构将转动套的转动减速传递至轮毂,减速机构的减速轴上设有第一减速齿轮、滑套和弹性元件,滑套随减速轴同步转动,并能够沿减速轴轴向滑动,弹性元件施加迫使滑套朝第一减速齿轮方向滑动的力,第一减速齿轮与减速轴转动配合,滑套与第一减速齿轮相互靠近的一端分别设有弧形内凹结构和弧形外凸结构,弧形内凹结构与弧形外凸结构相互作用,能够驱动滑套在减速轴轴向移动,滑套上安装有用于检测其轴向位移的检测部件。有益效果是:机械传动效率高、平衡性好、操控性好、结构紧凑,可检测驱动系统的负载。
