The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicles and in particular to a battery pack high-voltage topology structure and a relay adhesion detection method based on the structure. Thebattery pack high-voltage topology structure is applied to cooperation of a battery system and a vehicle system, a charging relay, a main positive relay, a pre-charging resistor and a pre-charging relay of a primary battery system are moved into a PDU of the vehicle system, and the relay adhesion detection method is provided based on the structure. The invention provides a simplified battery high-voltage topological structure, the weight of the battery system is effectively reduced, the space is saved, and meanwhile, the relay adhesion detection method based on the structure does not need to occupy a high-voltage detection channel, so that the occupation of the high-voltage channel is greatly reduced, and the hardware resources of the BMS are saved.

    本发明属于电动汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种电池包高压拓补结构及基于该结构的继电器粘连检测方法,运用于电池系统和整车系统的配合中,将原电池系统的充电继电器、总正继电器、预充电阻、预充继电器移到整车系统的PDU里面,并基于该结构提出一种继电器粘连检测方法。本发明提供了一种精简的电池高压拓扑结构,有效降低电池系统的重量、节省空间,同时基于该结构的继电器粘连检测方法,不用占用高压检测通道,极大减少了高压通道的占用,节省了BMS的硬件资源。
