The invention discloses a two-stage vibration reduction high-adaptability balanced suspension system which comprises an elastic system, a guide mechanism, a limiting device and a balance shaft system.The elastic system comprises elastic supporting arms and elastic supports, the elastic supports are symmetrically arranged on the upper part of an axle along the center line of the axle, the two endsof each elastic supporting arm are located on the upper parts of the elastic supports, the middles of the elastic supporting arms are rotationally connected with a balance shaft support, and the bottoms of the elastic supports are connected with the axle. According to the structure, on the premise that the performance of the whole vehicle is guaranteed, the service life of the two-stage vibrationreduction high-adaptability balanced suspension system including a steel plate spring, a thrust rod, a U-shaped bolt and the balance shaft system is prolonged, and the sealing performance of the balance shaft system under severe working conditions is improved.

    本发明公开一种双级减振高适应性平衡悬架系统,包括弹性系统、导向机构、限位装置和平衡轴系统;所述弹性系统包括弹性支撑臂和弹性支座,所述弹性支座沿车桥中心线对称设置于车桥上部,所述弹性支撑臂的两端位于弹性支座上部,所述弹性支撑臂中间与平衡轴支架转动连接,所述弹性支座底部与车桥连接;该结构在保证整车性能的前提下,提高了包括钢板弹簧、推力杆、U型螺栓、平衡轴系统在内的悬架系统使用寿命,提高了在恶劣工况下的平衡轴系统的密封性能。
