A gear shifting mechanism of a traction system winding and unwinding winch two-gear speed changing box comprises a box body, an input shaft and an output shaft. The input shaft is provided with two driving gears. Two driven gears engaged with the driving gears are rotationally assembled to the output shaft. A sliding assembly assembled on the output shaft and a shifting fork assembly arranged on the box body are further included. The sliding assembly is arranged between the two driven gears and comprises a sliding block which is in spline connection to the output shaft. A plurality of positioning rods are arranged on the two sides of the sliding block and evenly distributed around the axis of the output shaft. The driven gears are provided with a plurality of positioning holes corresponding to the positioning rods. The shifting fork assembly drives the sliding block to axially move on the output shaft, and accordingly the positioning rods on the two sides of the sliding block are alternately inserted in the positioning holes of the two driven gears. By means of the gear shifting mechanism, cam shaft driving can be changed into gear and rack driving, sliding gear meshing is changedinto sliding assembly meshing, and accordingly the purpose of smooth gear shifting is achieved.

    一种拖曳系统收放绞车两档变速箱的换挡机构,包括箱体、输入轴和输出轴,在输入轴上装配有两个主动齿轮,两个与主动齿轮相啮合的从动齿轮可转动的装配在输出轴上,还包括装配在输出轴上的滑移组件和安装在箱体上的拨叉组件,滑移组件设置在两个从动齿轮之间,所述滑移组件包括花键连接在输出轴上的滑移块,在滑移块两侧安装有多根定位杆,各根定位杆是绕着输出轴轴线均匀分布,在从动齿轮上开设有多个与所述定位杆相对应的定位孔,拨叉组件通过驱动滑移块在输出轴上轴向移动,以将滑移块两侧定位杆交替插入两个从动齿轮定位孔。本发明能够将凸轮轴驱动改变为齿轮齿条驱动,将滑移齿轮啮合改变为滑移组件啮合,从而实现换挡顺畅的目的。
