The invention discloses a torque-increasing transmission device and method for a vehicle. And in combination withother structures or methods, the requirements of an emergency rescue vehicle for the wide speed change range and large torque output of a power transmission system can be met, and on the premise thatthe maneuverability index requirement of the power transmission system is met, the production and manufacturing cost of the power transmission system is reduced, the working interval of a vehicle engine is improved, and the fuel efficiency is improved.
