Provided in the invention is a protection circuit of an electric driving system of an electric automobile. The protection circuit comprises a power supply control circuit for controlling an operationstate of a driving circuit according to a received electric driving system state signal and a short-circuit control circuit for controlling the operation state of a rectification inverter circuit according to the received electric driving system state signal. When the electric driving system state signal is a first state signal representing that the system has a fault, the power supply control circuit is configured to turn off the power supply of the driving circuit, so that the driving circuit is in a non-running state; the short-circuit control circuit is configured to control correspondingcontrollable switches of the rectification inverter circuit to be closed, so that the alternating-current terminal of the rectification inverter circuit is short-circuited. The protection circuit issimple in structure and low in cost, and can actively enable the rectification inverter circuit to stop working by cutting off a power supply of the driving circuit when a system breaks down, so thatdirect currents generated by the rectification inverter circuit cannot flow to a battery to prevent overcharge of the battery.

    一种电动汽车电驱动系统的保护电路,其包括:电源控制电路,其用于根据接收到的电驱动系统状态信号控制驱动电路的运行状态;短路控制电路,其用于根据所接收到的电驱动系统状态信号控制整流逆变电路的运行状态;其中,当电驱动系统状态信号为表征系统存在故障的第一状态信号时,电源控制电路配置为关闭驱动电路的电源,从而使得驱动电路处于非运行状态;短路控制电路配置为控制整流逆变电路的相应可控开关闭合,从而使得整流逆变电路的交流端短路。该保护电路结构简单、成本低,其能够在系统发生故障时通过切断驱动电路的供电电源来主动地使得整流逆变电路停止工作,从而使得整流逆变电路所产生的直流电不会流向电池而造成电池过充。
