The invention provides a low-noise and high-wet-skid-resistance tire, which comprises a tread pattern, the tread pattern comprises pattern grooves, and two side walls of the pattern grooves are respectively provided with scale-shaped concave-convex structures. The scale-shaped concave-convex structures are arranged on the side walls of the pattern grooves, particularly the longitudinal pattern grooves; the tread pattern grooves, especially the longitudinal pattern grooves, can be disturbed by fluid noise generated in the tread pattern grooves, so that the noise is reduced, meanwhile, the waterflow passing performance of the tread pattern grooves, especially the longitudinal pattern grooves, on a wet and slippery road surface is improved, and enough high water skiing speed and low tire noise are provided for vehicles.
