The invention provides a shared bicycle supervision system based on a virtual fence, and the system comprises an API gateway which is used for the position data access and access authentication of a shared bicycle, a system core which comprises a position service engine, a virtual fence engine and a supervision rule engine, wherein the position service engine is used for processing and storing position data of shared bicycles, inquiring historical tracks of the bicycles and inquiring current positions of the bicycles, the virtual fence engine is used for managing geographic information data ina fence form and generating an index and the supervision rule engine is used for adding, deleting, modifying and checking supervision rules and triggering logic judgment of the rules, a system console which is used for displaying a real-time monitoring result and providing an entrance of each management function, and a database which is used for data persistence. Therefore, the shared bicycle supervision system based on the virtual fence does not need to deploy an electronic fence of an entity, so that the shared bicycle supervision system is not influenced by environment and cost factors andis beneficial to large-scale promotion. A spatial index technology is used, so that the limitation of the fence shape is broken through.
