The automobile aluminum alloy car rim with the high-temperature resistance and the corrosion resistance hasthe advantages that the component preparation is reasonable and scientific, the excellent high-temperature resistance and the excellent corrosion resistance are achieved, the heat-resistant temperature exceeds 200 DEG C, and the corrosion-resistant capability is 1.5 times of the corrosion-resistant capability of a conventional steel car rim, and is 1.2 times of the corrosion-resistant capabilityof an aluminum alloy car rim, and the use requirements are met; and meanwhile, the tensile strength, the yield strength, the hardness and the toughness of the automobile car rim are improved, the goodmechanical property is achieved, the safety and the reliability are achieved, and the automobile aluminum alloy car rim with the high-temperature resistance and the corrosion resistance is suitable for industrial popularization, and the like.

    本发明公开了一种耐高温抗腐蚀的汽车铝合金轮毂,由以下按照质量百分比的成分组成:铝38‑42%、铜12‑16%、锌5‑9%、硅0.1‑0.7%、铬0.2‑0.6%、锰0.1‑0.9%、镍0.2‑0.6%、铍0.1‑0.5%、钼0.1‑0.5%、二苯磺酰基亚胺1‑5%、铌0.3‑0.7%、玻璃纤维0.2‑0.6%、纳米碳化硅粉末0.1‑0.5%、纳米三氧化二锑0.3‑0.7%、滑石粉2‑3.2%、纳米碳酸钙1‑1.8%、烯丙基磺酸钠2‑2.6%,余量为铁。本发明组分配制合理科学,具有优异的耐高温和抗腐蚀性能,耐热温度超过200℃,耐腐蚀能力是常规钢制轮毂的1.5倍,是铝合金轮毂的1.2倍,符合使用要求。同时,提高了汽车轮毂的抗拉伸强度、屈服强度以及硬度和韧性,具有良好的力学性能,安全可靠,适用于工业化推广等。
