The invention discloses an automatic clutch device on an electric winch, which comprises a clutch motor, a clutch pin and an eccentric wheel, wherein the clutch motor is fixed on a gear box through aclutch bracket, the eccentric wheel is fixed on a driving shaft of the clutch motor, the eccentric wheel drives the clutch pin to reciprocate back and forth, and the clutch pin enters or disengages from an inner gear positioning groove formed in a movable gear ring in the gear box; the clutch bracket is further provided with a control mechanism for controlling the working state of a clutch device,and the control mechanism is connected with a remote controller through a signal receiver. Various functions of the winch can be easily controlled through a plurality of keys on the remote controller, the working state of the clutch device can be timely known, and the winch can accurately reflect the working state when the winch is in emergency stop. Compared with the situations occurred in an existing clutch device that the working state cannot be changed and the using state of the winch cannot be known due to the fact that an operator is far away from the winch or manual operation is inconvenient in use, the winch disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being convenient to use, safe, reliable, clear in function state, and stable in performance.

    本发明公开电动绞盘上的自动离合装置,包括离合电机、离合销、偏心轮,离合电机通过离合支架固定在齿轮箱上,偏心轮固定在离合电机的驱动轴上,偏心轮带动离合销做来回往复运动,离合销进入或脱离开设在齿轮箱内活动齿圈上的内齿轮定位槽;所述离合支架上还设有控制离合装置工作状态的控制机构,且控制机构通过信号接收器与遥控器连接。通过遥控器上的各种按键能够轻松控制绞盘的各项功能并及时得知离合装置的工作状态,有助于绞盘紧急停止时能精准反应工作状态,对比目前常用绞盘在使用中因操作者远离绞盘或不便于手工操作而不能改变工作状态以及无法了解绞盘使用状态的情况,具有使用方便、安全可靠、功能状态清晰、性能稳定等优点。
