The invention discloses a control system capable of automatically reducing the lifting speed of a master winch. The control system comprises a pilot pump, a pilot handle, a logic valve block, a mastervalve and a master winch motor, wherein a first oil path and a second oil path are arranged between the pilot handle and the logic valve block, and a third oil path and a fourth oil path are arrangedbetween the logic valve block and the master valve. The control system furthermore comprises an automatic speed reduction valve and a controller, wherein the automatic speed reduction valve is arranged on the third oil path, is used for controlling the through-put volume of hydraulic oil in the third oil path, and is provided with a control site, and the control site is electrically connected with the controller. By means of the control system capable of automatically reducing the lifting speed of the master winch, under the working condition of lifting a drill rod of a rotary drilling rig, the lifting speed of the master winch can be automatically lowered according to the position of a drilling bucket, and the impact to a mast under the working condition is effectively reduced.

    主卷扬提升自动降速控制系统,包括依次相连的先导泵、先导手柄、逻辑阀块、主阀和主卷扬马达,先导手柄与逻辑阀块之间设有第一油路和第二油路,逻辑阀块与主阀之间设有第三油路和第四油路,控制系统还包括自动降速阀和控制器,自动降速阀设置在第三油路上用于控制第三油路中的液压油的通过量,自动降速阀具有控制端,控制端与控制器电性连接。主卷扬提升自动降速控制系统可以实现旋挖钻机带钻杆提升工况下,根据钻斗的位置自动降低主卷扬的提升速度,有效的减少此工况下对桅杆的冲击。
