The invention discloses a tool type autoclaved aerated concrete block hoisting device. The tool type autoclaved aerated concrete block hoisting device comprises a reinforcement cage and a base. The reinforcement cage is of a cuboid structure, and the upper end and the lower end of the reinforcement cage are open. Two pairs of steel pipe columns are symmetrically welded on the portions, close to the corners of the reinforcement cage, of the two sides of the reinforcement cage, the upper ends of each pair of steel pipe columns are connected through a steel wire rope, the connecting ends of the steel wire ropes and the steel pipe columns are fixed through rope clamps, and a connecting hole is formed in the lower end of each steel pipe column. The base comprises a set of square steel pipes anda set of supporting plates. The square steel pipes are arranged side by side, and the supporting plates are laid and welded on the square steel pipes. Connecting ribs are inserted into the square steel pipes on the two sides of the base, and the two ends of each connecting rib stretch out of the two ends of the corresponding square steel pipe. By the adoption of the tool type autoclaved aerated concrete block hoisting device, the pressure of a tower crane can be greatly reduced in the penetration and insertion construction operation, the pressure of a worker is reduced in the aspect of manpower, and the certain influence on the construction period exists to a certain extent.

    本发明公开了一种工具式加气砖吊运装置,包括钢筋笼和底座,所述的钢筋笼为长方体结构,且钢筋笼的上下两端均为开口,在钢筋笼的两侧且靠近钢筋笼的转角处对称地焊接有两对钢管柱,且每对钢管柱的上端通过钢丝绳连接,且钢丝绳与钢管柱的连接端通过绳卡固定,在每根钢管柱的下端均开设有连接孔;所述的底座由并排设置的一组方钢管以及铺焊在方钢管上的一组支撑板构成,在底座两侧方钢管中插入有连接筋,且连接筋的两端均从方钢管的两端伸出。本发明能够在穿插施工作业中极大的减轻塔吊的压力,在人力上减轻对工人的压力,且在一定程度上对工期有一定的影响。
