The invention provides an electromechanical aircraft ejection seat program controller. The electromechanical aircraft ejection seat program controller comprises an electronic part 10 and a mechanicalpart 20. According to the electronic part 10, a differential pressure sensor 101 senses dynamic pressure qc from an aircraft airspeed head, and a microprocessor measurement and control assembly 102 collects and calculates an airspeed value V in real time. The microprocessor measurement and control assembly 102 starts timing and completes delay control after obtaining a seat ejection instruction: according to a preset seat ejection control law, the delay time TV adapts to the airspeed V, and after the delay time TV, a driving control signal is output to enable an electromagnet 103 to work and release first-stage brake 201; in the mechanical part 20, atmospheric static pressure Ps is sensed by an altitude capsule 202; the mechanical displacement of the altitude capsule 202 is associated withthe air pressure altitude in real time, when the atmospheric static pressure Ps is larger than a set value Ps0, the mechanical limiting mechanism of the altitude capsule 202 relieves limitation on the second-stage brake 203, and when double limitation of the second-stage brake 203 is completely released, a power spring mechanism 204 immediately outputs mechanical power. The controller system works stably and reliably and is convenient to implement.
