The lamp body indirectly rotates upwards along with the output shaft to enable the limiting piece contact to be separated from the touchswitch and to be powered on and lightened, and when the limiting piece contact rotates and then touches and abuts against the touch switch, the touch switch controls to cut off power supply of the gear motor. Power supply of the gear motor is controlled by a switch to be started. When the lamp body is turned on, the purpose of lighting from bottom to top can be achieved, and the safety of the userduring riding is improved; and by controlling the gear motor to rotate the lamp body, flexible transition switching of the lamp body between far lighting and near lighting can be achieved, the situation that when the far lamp and the near lamp are switched, sudden changes grasp the road condition of a rider under the complex road condition is reduced, and safety is higher.
