The invention discloses a rubber structure for a motor train windshield and a forming method of the rubber structure, and belongs to the field of windshields at joints of carriages of a train. The rubber structure for the motor train windshield is integrally in an annular shape with a hollow inner cavity, and the cross section of the annular hollow inner cavity located on the left side edge and the right side edge comprises a connecting part connected with a carriage; a supporting surface provided with two opposite surfaces which are connected with the two ends of the connecting part respectively; and a contact surface connected with the supporting surface, and having a S-shaped outer surface. According to the rubber structure for the motor train windshield, sealing is conducted through mutual contact of the S-shaped contact faces of the two rubber structures, when a train passes through a curve, due to the fact that the contact faces are in the S shape, sealing of the contact faces cannot be affected even if lateral displacement is generated, and therefore the sealing performance of the motor train windshield can be guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种动车风挡用橡胶结构及其成型方法,属于列车车辆间连接处的风挡领域,其中动车风挡用橡胶结构,整体为具有中空内腔的环形,所述环形的位于左右两侧边的中空内腔的横截面包括:连接部,用于与车厢连接;支撑面,具有相对设置的两面,用于分别与所述连接部的两端连接;接触面,与所述支撑面连接,其外表面为S形;本发明的动车风挡用橡胶结构,通过两组橡胶结构的S形接触面的相互接触进行密封,在车辆通过曲线时,由于接触面为S形,即使产生侧移也不会影响接触面的密封,从而能够保证动车风挡的密封性。
