The invention provides a safety control method and device for a vehicle and the vehicle. The safety control method for the vehicle comprises the steps: obtaining the peripheral parameters of a targetvehicle, wherein the peripheral parameters comprise the driving conditions of other vehicles; performing collision prediction according to the driving conditions of the other vehicles to obtain a dangerous movement direction of the target vehicle; and controlling a motor of the target vehicle to generate a driving force opposite to the dangerous movement direction according to the dangerous movement direction so as to give the driving force opposite to the dangerous movement direction to the target vehicle.

    本申请提供了一种用于车辆的安全控制方法、装置及车辆。其中,所述用于车辆的安全控制方法包括:获得目标车辆的周边参数,所述周边参数包括其它车辆的行驶状况;根据所述其它车辆的行驶状况进行碰撞预测,得到所述目标车辆的危险运动方向;根据所述危险运动方向控制所述目标车辆的电机生成与所述危险运动方向相反的驱动力,以给予所述目标车辆一所述危险运动方向相反的驱动力。
