The invention relates to a safety monitoring system for modern logistics, which comprises a detection system, a central control system and a processing system, and is characterized in that the detection system comprises a vehicle monitoring module and a driver monitoring module, and the driver monitoring module comprises a heart rate sensor, a rotatable front camera arranged in a cab and an alcohol tester. The central control system comprises a central processing unit, a vehicle power unit and an early warning unit which are arranged in a truck, wherein the central processing unit is electrically connected with the vehicle power unit and controls starting and stopping of the vehicle power unit, and the alcohol tester is in signal connection with the central processing unit. The processingsystem comprises a communication module, a refreshing module and a background monitoring module. The refreshing module comprises a refreshing spraying device and an adjusting device which are arrangedin a truck cab. The numerical value of the normal heart rate sensor is set to be HRmin, and when HR is smaller than HRmin or the front camera detects that the eyes of the driver are closed, the central processing unit sends a signal to open the adjusting device to control the refreshing spraying device to be started.
