Meanwhile, through opening or closing ofthe brake B1, the structure can be switched to the engine direct drive mode when power circulation occurs in the ECVT mode, the mechanical efficiency of a mechanical system is improved, and the economical efficiency of the high-speed working condition is improved. And the second motor E2 is connected with the output end through a planet row speed reducing mechanism, so that a larger transmission ratio can be realized, and the system is better than a Toyota THS system.

    本发明公开了一种双电机双行星排机电耦合传动装置,相比于丰田THS系统方案装置,本发明仅增加了一个制动器,可通过牙嵌式离合器制动,通过电动的执行机构实现,无需增加液压系统,实现驾驶模式切换。同时,通过制动器B1的打开或闭合,该构型可以在ECVT模式发生功率循环时,切换到发动机直驱模式,提高机械系统机械效率,改善高速工况的经济性。第二电机E2通过一行星排减速机构与输出端相连,可实现更大的传动比,比丰田THS系统更优。
