The invention discloses a power assembly suspension, which comprises a suspension bracket, wherein the suspension bracket has a mounting cavity; and a vibration damping part disposed in the mounting cavity in a floating manner such that an outer peripheral surface of the vibration damping part is spaced apart from an inner wall surface of the mounting cavity. Therefore, the vibration damping partis configured in the mounting cavity in a floating manner. Under conventional operating conditions,, the vibration damping part is not contacted or slightly contacted with the suspension bracket and the suspension rigidity is hardly increased; moreover, under an impact working condition, the power assembly suspension 100 can show high Z-direction rigidity, meanwhile, the X-direction rigidity and the Y-direction rigidity are not increased, that is, adjustment and calibration of the rigidity of the power assembly suspension 100 are not affected by the rigidity ratio in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction, and therefore the NVH performance of a vehicle is effectively guaranteed while the impact smoothness of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种动力总成悬置,所述动力总成悬置包括:悬置支架,所述悬置支架具有安装空腔;减振部,所述减振部以浮动方式配置在所述安装空腔内,从而使得所述减振部的外周面与所述安装空腔的内壁面间隔开。由此,通过将减振部以浮动方式配置在安装空腔中,在常规工况下,减振部与悬置支架不接触或轻微接触,几乎不增加悬置的刚度,而且在冲击工况下,动力总成悬置100可以表现出较高的Z向刚度,同时不增加X向和Y向刚度,即动力总成悬置100刚度的调校不受X、Y和Z三个方向的刚度比影响,从而在提高车辆冲击平顺性的同时有效地保证车辆的NVH性能。
