The invention discloses a method for machining an automobile suspension rubber bushing. The method comprises the steps that an automobile suspension rubber bushing is machined, the automobile suspension rubber bushing comprises an inner bushing body and an outer bushing body, a flange is arranged at the lower end of the outer bushing body, a groove is formed in the outer bushing body from top to bottom, a spiral groove obliquely downwards surrounding the outer bushing body by one round is formed in the outer portion of the outer bushing body from the upper end to the upper end of the flange, and a spring is arranged in the spiral groove. The method comprises the machining steps A, blanking, namely cutting out a cylinder blank and a cylinder blank of the outer bushing body ; B, turning theinner bushing body by using the cylinder blank of the inner bushing body, sleeving the inner bushing body with the cylinder blank of the outer bushing body, and turning a flange and a spiral groove ofthe outer bushing cylinder; and C, turning a groove in the outer bushing body, and installing a spring at the spiral groove in the top of the outer bushing body. The automobile suspension rubber bushing which is convenient to install and good in pre-tightening force can be simply machined.

    本发明公开了一种汽车悬架橡胶衬套加工方法,包括加工一种汽车悬架橡胶衬套,所述汽车悬架橡胶衬套包括有内衬套,外衬套,外衬套下端有凸缘,外衬套从上至下开有一凹槽,外衬套外部从上端至凸缘上端设有一条倾斜向下绕外衬套一周的螺旋凹槽,螺旋凹槽内设有弹簧;加工步骤包括:A、下料,即切割出圆筒坯料及外衬套的圆筒坯料;B、用内衬套的圆筒坯料车出内衬套,将外衬套的圆筒坯料套装在内衬套上,车出外衬套的凸缘及螺旋凹槽;C、再车出外衬套上的凹槽,从外衬套顶部螺旋凹槽处安装弹簧。本发明可以简单地加工出安装方便,预紧力佳的汽车悬架橡胶衬套。
