The invention provides a preparation method of a silver ant imitated wave-transmitting bionic reflection layer and a multi-layer flexible thermal control component. The method comprises the followingsteps of constructing a PDMS bionic negative template through silver ant bio-template overturning and copying, and coating the PDMS bionic negative template with glue solution to prepare the silver ant imitated wave-transmitting bionic reflection layer. The multi-layer flexible thermal control assembly comprises a plurality of superimposed silver ant imitated wave-transmitting bionic reflection layers. By using the principle that a silver ant relies on a micro-nano wool structure to reflect sunlight, the micro-nano structure of an external thermal flow of the sun reflected at the wide frequency band on the surface of the silver ant is bionically copied to avoid the use of a metal layer, so that the silver ant imitated wave-transmitting bionic reflection layer has high wave-transmitting performance under the condition of preventing sunlight; and the multi-layer flexible thermal control assembly uses the bionic microstructure of the silver ant to the greatest extent, can have a good heatprotection effect when transmitting waves, and can realize different thermal control effects by regulating the microstructure.
本发明提出了仿银蚁透波仿生反射层的制备方法及多层柔性热控组件,所述方法包括:通过银蚁生物模板翻模复模构筑PDMS仿生阴模板,在PDMS仿生阴模板上涂抹胶液,制备出仿银蚁透波仿生反射层。所述多层柔性热控组件包括多层叠加的仿银蚁透波仿生反射层。本发明利用银蚁依靠微纳毛层结构反射太阳光的原理,将银蚁表面的宽频段反射太阳外热流的微纳结构仿生复制出来,避免了金属层的使用,使得兼具防太阳光的性能的情况下具备良好的透波性能;本发明的多层柔性热控组件最大程度的利用银蚁的仿生微结构,在兼顾透波的同时可以具有良好的防热效果,也可通过对其微观结构的调控实现不同的热控效果。
