The invention discloses a generator structure of an extended-range electric vehicle. The generator structure comprises a rotor iron core and a stator iron core. The rotor iron core is adhered to a rotor iron core support in a sealed manner. The central position of the rotor iron core support is connected with an engine shaft through a bolt. The engine shaft is inserted into the center of the shell. The inner side wall of the shell is connected with the stator iron core through a bolt. According to the invention, the shell is directly mounted on the end cover of an engine; a rotor iron core assembly composed of the rotor iron core and the rotor iron core support is directly connected with the engine shaft; an original engine mass flywheel and a gear ring assembly are cancelled; a generatorrotor is used for replacing the mass flywheel and the gear ring assembly; the requirement of the engine for inertia of the flywheel is met; the requirement of the engine for vibration, rotating speedfluctuation and the like is met; the whole rotor assembly is supported through the rear end cover and a bearing; the rotor does not generate eccentricity generated by structural deformation; and the eccentricity and control precision of the rotary transformer rotor and stator are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种增程式电动汽车发电机结构,包括转子铁芯和定子铁芯,所述转子铁芯密封粘接在转子铁芯支架上,所述转子铁芯支架中心位置通过螺栓与发动机轴连接,所述发动机轴插接在壳体中心位置,所述壳体内侧壁通过螺栓连接有定子铁芯,本发明将壳体直接安装在发动机的端盖上,由转子铁芯和转子铁芯支架组成的转子铁芯总成直接与发动机轴连接,取消了原有的发动机质量飞轮和齿圈组件,用发电机转子代替质量飞轮和齿圈组件,满足发动机对飞轮的惯量的要求,保证发动机对振动、转速波动等方面的要求,通过后端盖和轴承支撑整个转子组件,确保转子不会产生结构变形产生的偏心,保证旋变的转子和定子的偏心量和控制精度。
